These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Silver Screen Scheduler (“we”, “our”, “the Service”), available at https://silverscreenscheduler.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Silver Screen Scheduler is a tool that lets you connect Facebook Pages, upload content, schedule posts, and publish them to Facebook at times you choose. We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the Facebook Pages you connect. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Facebook’s Terms of Service and Platform Terms.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of images, captions, and other content you upload.
• You grant us permission to store and transmit your content solely to operate the Service and publish to Facebook on your behalf.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, misleading, or violates Facebook’s policies.
• You are solely responsible for content published through your connected Pages.

5. Facebook connection

Connecting Facebook requires you to authorize our app through Meta’s login flow. You may revoke access at any time via Facebook Settings. We are not responsible for changes to Facebook’s API, permissions, or publishing limits.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, fraud, or automated abuse.
• Attempt to bypass security, access other users’ data, or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific reach, engagement, or publishing outcomes on Facebook.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if the Service is free.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though sections that should survive (such as disclaimers and liability limits) will remain in effect.
